If something is wrong they will give you a run around, then tell you there is nothing they can do. . friendly and helpful ! I love Burberry and I visited many of them in different states and countries but this one have exceptional customer .I really felt bad for this team--this dude was behaving like an absolute donkey. In any regard, the team handled him the best they could and he left. Thank you Burberry staff for putting up with people like that, and yet, still provide exceptional service to the rest of us that do NOT behave that way. Well done!
